Eileen was a beautiful friend who was so generous to all who new her. She made everyone feels so special and loved hearing all the news of everyone’s life and family. Family was everything to Eileen and it showed in the wonderful five daughters she raised with her fabulous and devoted husband Jim. We were all so lucky to be in Eileen’s life. I know she is our special Angel in heaven along with my husband Joe and so many others we have loved. Rest in final peace dear Eileen.

Eileen always made me feel welcomed and part of the family. Her generous spirit can easily be seen in the loving and warm family that always surrounded her. The McCorry clan are the most lovely people. Eileen will be deeply missed. I’m grateful to have known her. I have many fond memories of holidays at her home in Wilton with many beautiful traditions including holding hands in prayer and sharing blessings, and her beef Wellington. My prayers and love continue to be with Jim and the entire family.

Eileen was and will remain in my mind and heart, as a true American friend. Since I met her and Jim and her family in the summer of 2002, while on a summer ministry at OLMercy, Portchester, she was a great friend across boundaries n continents. It was my happy privilege to celebrate their Golden Wedding Mass, in their home, in 2016. Eileen was a warm, caring and a deeply christian person. She was concerned about my priestly ministry and my family in Mumbai, India. Her husband and children n family are great examples of everything "Eileen". Rest in peace dear Eileen. The Lord God embraces you.

Eileen was a dear and cherished friend for almost 50 years. We shared christenings, weddings, holidays, anniversaries and funerals...times of worries, illness and of joy. Extraordinary memories of of fantastic good times....laughing so hard, we cried. Whether on the beach, pool, hot dogs galore, tennis courts, kayaking, board games, charades, parties, gingerbread house making, Christmas cookie making, cooking the food up during blackouts, oyster shooters, wonderful dinner parties, superb dinners at home or restaurants from Larchmont to Spain. Running down the purse snatcher in Barcelona...well not quite. New Years Eve's. Nurse Eileen always had a remedy for what ails you...even if it was some homeopathic concoction that you had to raise your eye brow to. We know
Eileen and our dear friend Fr. Earl are creating a fantastic banquet to welcome us all home. We love her and miss her until we are all together again with Our Dear Lord.
