A formidable share, I simply given this onto a colleague who was doing just a little analysis on this. And he the truth is purchased me breakfast as a result of I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the deal with! However yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I really feel strongly about it and love reading extra on this topic. If potential, as you develop into expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more particulars? It's highly useful for me. Large thumb up for this weblog post!

Joan Ballots has been a memorable part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mother, Dr. Janet Reilly/Congdon worked as a guidance counselor with Joan at Saxe for more than 2 decades. Mrs. Ballots was also my P.E. teacher in 1984-1985. She was the one who guided my family when my knees suddenly became painful and sore during 8th grade. Best of, I will remember Joan's enthusiasm and laughter during years of Saxe Faculty functions held in my home, well past my middle school days. As a young adult, she gave me the honor of calling her Joan. Her passion, love and dedication for children, people, and sports, especially golf, continue to guide me to follow my passions in life. And yes, I am an teacher, too. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I haven't known Joan very long - just a few short months, but I don't know of another person that's entered my life who impressed me as much as she has. We became fast friends. There was something magical about her and I will miss her, think of her often and am grateful for the opportunity I had to have such an incredible woman weave her way in and out of my life...

Although I had not seen Joan since the late 50's, early 60's, I was at Camp Sun Mountain the year that she and John met. I was a camper there when she was a counsellor. She left an indelible impression on me even at my young age. I too became a Phys. Ed. teacher. So sorry that we didn't keep in touch.

I met Joan back in 2005 when my son was approaching high school graduation and applying for college. Temple being one of his choices. She graciously invited us into her home for lunch. She then invited us to a Temple basketball game. It was such a great experience to attend the game, hang out in the "President's sky box, and to sit in her seats behind the players bench. My son was accepted to Temple and was a graduate in the class of 2010. Thank you Joan for embracing us.

We were so saddened to hear of Joan's passing on, but knew she hadn't been well.We were glad we saw her this past Labor Day at CCNC's Labot Day Picnic and fireworks. Joan was our children's gym teacher at Saxe Middle School, her husband, John, who passed away years ago, was our family dentist. The entire Stewart family knew Joan, and she knew our family. She will be missed by all of us, as well as many others in New Canaan.

We are truly saddened to learn of your passing. Joan, to some you appeared to be a personality or matriarch of Temple sports. but to us, you were much more. You were truly a beautiful person who strived to make the lives of fellow Owls more than about the game. You've touched so many. More importantly, you made an impact on our family in so many ways. We love and will miss you. We are thankful for the times we shared with you here on earth, whether it was at a game, a function, our home in NJ, your home in CT or via phone or email. We shared a bond that will forever be embedded in our hearts (our children's hearts) forever. Rest in peace Joan and may your light shine bright on Broad Street for all who had the pleasure to know you.
