Born in Providence, R.I., Betsey was the daughter of Mildred Fiske

around New York City and in New Canaan in 1972 where she raised
her family.

Isabel Utter. Her daughter Amy Bigelow lives with her husband,
Brian, and two daughters, Sarah and Ellen, in Essex Junction,
Vermont, and her son Carl of Farmington, Connecticut, his wife

Betsey’s family would like to thank Dr. Patricia Long- Dabbah for her loving
care and friendship over the past 4 ½ years.
