Jane F. Ochs, 83, of South Salem, NY, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Bethel Health Care Center surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her husband Frank E Ochs. Born September 8, 1927 in Westbury, NY, she was the daughter of the late Jerome & Helen Grady Fitzpatrick. Jane was a retired RN, an avid bridge player and an accomplished artist. She enjoyed her free time gardening and baking. She is survived by her three children, Adam F. Ochs of South Salem, NY, Jerome G. Ochs and his wife Patricia of Bethel, CT and Helen Tannheimer and her husband Larry of Danbury, CT. Two brothers, Jerry Fitzpatrick of Seymour, CT and James Fitzpatrick and his wife Susan of Burlington, VT and her sister, Judy Morrissey of Skaneateles, NY. Three grandsons, Sgt. Owen F. Ochs of the US Army, Dillon J. Ochs and Trevor J. Ochs . A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 11:45 AM at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main St. New Canaan.
