Obituary of Harry Brower
Harry Edward Brower, of Stratford was born August 16, 1928 in New Canaan, Connecticut to William and Nellie (DeForest) Brower. He passed away March 22, 2011 at Stratford, Oklahoma at the age of 82 years 7 months and 6 days. He was married to Doris (Tanga) in Stamford, Connecticut. He was a Construction Contractor, and he served our country in the U.S. Navy and a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife Doris, infant son William Harry, parents, and sister Bette Brower.
Survived by 1 son, Arthur St. Cyr, San Diego, California; 1 Daughter, Debbie Hallaman & husband Gary, Stratford, OK.; 2 sisters, Dora Smith, Stratford, OK.; Doris Moore, Fremont, New Hampshire; 3 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren
The family will receive friends at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main St. New Canaan on Monday, March 28, 2011 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A graveside service will then follow at Lakeview Cemetery, New Canaan
