Obituary of Christine Langan
Christine Elizabeth Langan, 66, of New Canaan, CT passed away suddenly on October 29, 2017 at her home. Christine was born on June 8, 1951 in Bridgeport, CT to the late John and Jean Olson Langan.
Chris was employed for many years at Success Printing of Norwalk. Chris was an avid reader, loved travel especially to a warm sunny beach and she was an advocate for animal welfare.
Chris will be missed by her sister Nancy Janco of Southport, her brothers, Mike Langan of Hartford and Scott Langan of New York, NY and surely by her longtime companion, Kevin McDermott of New Canaan. Chris’ canine companion, Lucy was the light of Chris’ life; what a special bond they had. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Lisa Poelcher and her brother John Langan Jr.
The family will greet friends to remember the very special person that Chris was at the Station House restaurant, 232 East Avenue, Norwalk on Saturday, November 4th from 3:00-5:00pm.
