Phoebe Holly, 93, of Norwalk, CT passed away on June 1, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. Phoebe was born on April 13, 1920 in New Canaan, CT to the late Robert and Clara Canniff Butler. A lifelong resident of the area, Phoebe was a member of the Norfield Grange and an active member of the Turner River Church where she once served as a Deacon. Mrs. Holly was pre-deceased in life by her husband Franklin Holly and her son Albert. Phoebe is survived by two daughters, Betsy Davis and her husband Jim, of Melbourne, FL and Frann Harrison and her husband Lane, of Norwalk, CT. One sister survives, Janet Doptis, of Rochester, NY. Also surviving are many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. A graveside service for Phoebe will be Tuesday, June 4th at 11:00am at Lakeview Cemetery in New Canaan, CT.
