Obituary of Samuel Allinder
REV. SAMUEL ALLINDER
90, of Wilton, CT, died Monday, September 30, 2013.
He was born February 4, 1923, in Oakdale, PA., a son of the late Samuel Warren and Hilma Josephine (Regis) Allinder.
Rev. Allinder was a retired minister in the Episcopal Church and attended the Episcopal Seminary in Kentucky. He was a WWII Navy veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Rosemary (Musico) Allinder of CT; daughters, Jan (Robert) Anestis of FL and Patty (Sam) Brick of WV; grandchildren, Matthew (Gillian) Anestis, Mark (Stephanie) Anestis, Michael (Joye) Anestis and William Brick; four great-grandchildren, brother, Wilmer Allinder of Aliquippa and sister, Irma R. Butler of Moon Twp.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Brick, 1 sister and 3 brothers.
Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 5000 Noblestown Road, Oakdale (724-693-2800) where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery.
