Obituary of Cecelia Grasso
Cecelia A. Grasso, 76, a life long resident of New Canaan, died Sunday, April 4, 2010 at Norwalk Hospital.
Born June 11, 1933 in New Canaan, she was the daughter of the late Antonio & Lucia Altieri Grasso. She loved decorating and gardening.
Cecelia is survived by her two brothers, John Pagliano of Norwalk and Anthony P. Grasso of New Canaan, two sisters, Carmella DeLong of Pembroke Pines, FL and Grace R. Grasso of New Canaan. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was predeceased by her two brothers, Leonard Pagliano and Richard Grasso.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at St. Aloysius Church, New Canaan at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, New Canaan.
The family will receive friends at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main St. New Canaan on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 from 4-8 PM.
