In just getting back into handloading after a long hiatus, I had just now heard of the passing of this kind and generous man who shared decades of his handloading knowledge with all of us. I grew up reading his excellent practical reference material on literally hundreds of cartridges. Rest easy from a life well lived Mr. Waters. I thank you.

Ken's Pet Loads was my bible for developing loads for my rifles and pistols. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but really appreciated all the information he provided in Pet Loads
