Angelina Julia Moreno Labozzo, 83, of New Canaan, CT passed away on June 24, 2015. Angie, as family and friends knew her, was born on July 7, 1931 in New Canaan, CT to the late Celestino and Carmella (Casciari) Moreno. Parents, sisters, Ann, Annette, Mary and Betty, and brother, John, have predeceased her. Angie went through the New Canaan school system, graduated high school, and later became a dental hygienist. She fell in love and married Ralph Labozzo of Stamford, Ct. Angie and Ralph raised three children, Pam, Patty, and Ralph. Angie was a homemaker, but first and foremost, treasured being a Mom. Angie loved cooking and spending time with family and friends, was deeply religious, fond of flower gardening and Italian music, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Angie is survived in life by her loving children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Instead of flowers or gifts, Angie would hope that you would do an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for someone less fortunate, in her name. In the end, the kindness you show and love you create are what matter most—and what you will be forever remembered by. Angie has set a beautiful example of this to all who were lucky enough to know her, love her and share in her life.
