Obituary of Pui Mee Lo

Pui Mee Lo, age 94, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2015 at Waveny Care Center in New Canaan, CT. Born in Hong Kong on November 6, 1920, she was the daughter of Him Wong and Un Kiu Tsang. She immigrated with her children to Lakewood, NJ in 1966 where she worked as a cook for many years. She lived a simple life. Her joy and love were her children and later her grandchildren. She dedicated her life to ensuring that all of her children had greater opportunities in life than she. She will be remembered as a gentle, selfless, loving wife and mother who put her children and grandchildren above all else. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Chun Ying Lo and her brother, Pak Yee Wong. She will always be remembered and loved by her daughter Lan Lo Chan, son-in-law Hanson Chan, son Kai Lo, daughter-in-law Linda Mak Lo, son Steve Lo daughter-in-law Jami Lo , and her three grandchildren Michael, Caylin, and Ana. She is also survived by her brother Pak Hin Wong. Visitation will be held at Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main St, New Canaan, CT on Saturday, May 2, 2015 beginning at 9:30 AM, A Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. All friends of the family are welcome in this celebration of her life. Burial will follow immediately afterwards at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, NY. Reception will follow.
