Bong Ja Lee, at age 64, joined the Heavenly Father in the early morning of October 4, 2009, after succumbing to complications of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She is survived by her doting and loving husband, Yong Man Lee, and two sons, Bruce and Scott Lee. She is also survived by her mother, older brother, and two sisters.

She was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea where she attended Sung Shin High School and graduated from Ewha Women’s University.

She was a devoted wife and mother, a selfless volunteer to the needy, an active parishioner of St. Michael’s, and an accomplished golfer who loved a good challenge.

All who have had the opportunity and privilege to know her will miss her terribly. Her spirit will live in our hearts forever.

A Wake service will be held Wednesday, October 7, 5pm to 9pm. at Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main St., New Canaan, CT. 06840

Funeral Service will take place 10am this Friday, October 9, at Saint Michael the Archangel Parish at 469 North St., Greenwich, CT. 06830
