As a member of two great Pound Ridge families (Scofield and Marshall) and having worked for the Albano family for years, you couldn't ask for a better life's legacy.
Profound condolences to her family, friends, and extended family.

I am heartbroken to hear of Nancy’s passing. Nancy (affectionately called Nannybooger) was very dear to me. She helped nurture and guide me like a second mother. We shared many fun times together. I have so many happy and crazy memories of our friendship. Our trips to Killington and Cape Cod (Where we adopted a ‘bad bird’ seagul) our dinner dates to Pasta Fair. She even made work exciting. The first silly story that comes to mind was the time where she put me in a large black trash bag in her office so she could watch me scare people when they came in. She was my favorite boss, and an amazing friend who made a lifelong positive impression on me. Even tho many years have gone by since I’ve seen her she was and always will be in my heart. To Wendy and Steel, I know you must be devastated. Your mom loved you both dearly and was so proud of you. You were her heart. My prayers of comfort to you and your family.

My sincere condolences to Nancy’s family. I have sweet memories of sharing lunch breaks with Nancy during my college years. Working summers at Scott’s Corners Market, I would stop in at my Dad and Uncles’ office at Albano’s, pull up a stool and sit by her desk. Sharing stories about her kids, my boyfriend and just girl stuff was a highlight of my day. She always made time for me. I remember her for her sweetness and admired her for the example she set in dedication to her children, who she obviously loved dearly. To Wendy and Steel, my sincere condolences in losing your Mom - be at peace.

I am so very sorry to hear of Nancy’s passing.
She was a role model for me as to how one treats others with love and respect.
I also have to thank her for starting my love for Elvis.
