Karen and I were great friends, going to school together at Ancilla Domini Academy in Philadelphia. I have so many wonderful memories of her & am so sad to just find out of her passing. We always said that we met in the maternity ward since we were born at the same hospital days apart. Karen, my sister, and I had many adventures together in high school. Karen would pick us up in her station wagon along with her German Shepherd, Gretchen. My favorite memories of grade school and high school were with Karen. My deepest condolences to all her family. She is greatly missed.

I am very sorry for your family's loss. Karen will be very missed! She always had a smile and her laugh was truly infectious! She battled like a warrior but you would never know her struggle. I have always looked up to her! Rest in peace KFO! -Jen B. (MBI)

Karen was a fantastic women and friend to all. She enjoyed meeting others and helping them....especially her extended family..both her's and Rick's. She loved cooking for them and for all her fiends (which we all benefited from).
I'll always remember her blue eyes and her LAUGH!!!! My how she could light up a room with her laugh and her presence.
She was one of my closest friends and I miss her terribly.
She fought hard but at the end, God took her home.
She is enjoying seeing old friends and family and LAUGHING UP A STORM.
Love you my sweet friend..until we meet again and laugh again.

Karen was a wonderful lady! I worked with and for her for years at MBI and she always had a smile on her face. She had a great laugh that always brightened my day. She will be missed. My deepest sympathies to her family.
