Henry "Bud" Boucher Obituary

Henry (Bud) Boucher, age 73, of Wilton, CT died suddenly and peacefully January 24, 2021 , with his loving family by his side. Born in Waterbury, Ct., September 1, 1947 he was the son of the late Henry and Mary Lawlor Boucher. He was the husband of Antonietta (Toni) Iannuzzi Boucher.

In addition to his wife, Bud is survived by his daughter Marie Boucher Berkley (Alan), two sons Christopher Boucher (Courtney) and Jean-Paul Boucher (Donna), four brothers, Dennis (Diane), Paul Denice), John(Theresa) , Scott (Dottie) , a sister Anita McCafferty, brother-in-law Guy Iannuzzi (Linda) and six grandchildren.

Bud proudly serviced as a Captain in the US Air Force and later worked as an energy, finance, insurance and healthcare management consultant. After a long and distinguished career as a senior partner for some of the country's top consulting firms, he headed a public company while also owning a small Wilton business. During this time, he worked tirelessly to promote and fundraise for Wilton's civic organizations.  He gave long hours to the American Legion Post 86 serving as an officer, was the Trackside Teen Board Treasurer, Wilton Rotary founder and 2-time President, and a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus District Officer. He was especially proud of starting the Rotary's annual carnival to the delight of area children.  But mostly he was a dedicated and supportive father, grandfather and husband who is deeply loved and cherished.

The Boucher family is grateful for the community’s outpouring of support and expression of sympathy during this difficult time.
