Colleen J. Higgins (nee. Gould), 56, died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, April 2, 2009. She is survived by her loving husband Kevin, President of Higgins & Higgins Inc, (Scarsdale, NY) and her two daughters, Caitlin Higgins of Richmond, VA and Dr. Meghan Brown and her husband Christopher of Yardley, PA. Colleen, a long time resident of Wilton, CT was involved with Wilton Children's Theater and the Wilton High School Swimming Association for many years. She was also an active member of The Center for Pranic Healing in Lyndhurst, NJ. To celebrate Colleen’s life, the family is receiving visitors at Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, New Canaan, CT on Sunday, April 5th, 3PM - 8PM. A Roman Catholic Funeral Mass will be held Monday, April 6 at 10 AM, Sacred Heart Church, 20 Church Street, Georgetown, CT.
