Linda Buzzeo, age 64, a longtime resident of New Canaan, died Friday December 21, 2012, at Stamford Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Montreal, Canada December 25, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Giacomo and Jenny D’Agostino Tarantino. Linda was the beloved wife of John Buzzeo. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Johnny and Jamie, both of New Canaan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Linda was a graduate of Mother of God Academy, an avid bowler and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 24, 2012 at 10:00AM at St Aloysius Church, Cherry Street, New Canaan with entombment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, New Canaan on Sunday from 4 to 8pm.
