Camilla Tosone, a resident of New Canaan for the last 10 years, formerly of Stamford, died Thursday evening July 12, 2012 at Norwalk Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Saverio and Rosina Boccuzzi. She was the wife of the late Raffaele Tosone. Camilla was born in San Mango Sul Calore, Italy. She spent her career in food service working for both the IBM Corporation and Champion International. Survivors include one son, John of New Canaan, two daughters, Rosanna DiPanni and her husband Michael, Jr., of New Canaan and Teresa Sibilia and her husband John of Stamford; two brothers, Teodoro Boccuzzi and his wife Virginia; and Pasquale Boccuzzi, all of Stamford Five grandchildren, Michael DiPanni III, Mitchell DiPanni and Brianna DiPanni, Teddy Sibilia, Carmelina English and two Great grandchildren, Sydney and Sophia and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her sister Yolanda Lupo and sister-in-law Marge Boccuzzi. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and her passion for baking A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 17th at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902. Interment to follow at St. Johns Cemetery, Stamford. Friends may call at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, New Canaan, CT on Monday, 4-8 PM.
