I will hold my wonderful memories of Liz in my heart---the many good times we shared at the birthday celebrations of our grandchildren Jaya and Hudson, our Thanksgiving dinners (including one in Urbana, IL), and all the other occasions when we saw one another in New York City, the Catskills, or in New Canaan. She had smarts and she had style and she had two absolutely splendid children whom I love greatly.

I am grateful to have had this wonderful woman in my life. She and I were book soul-mates, trading book recommendations back and forth. She was a wonderful friend, both to me and my mother. She will be greatly missed. My deepest condolances to the Lewis family. You're all in my thoughts.

While working the long summer days at the wood way beach club, Mrs. Lewis always helped to pass the time with good conversation. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

It took us just a short few minutes to know what a fun-loving woman Liz was. Both David and I remember with fondness our one dinner together when Nick took Liz on her tour of the Midwest, which included Chicago and our northern suburb. I've heard often of her love for her children and grandchildren and know that it was returned in kind. Kyle and Nick, you were the gift of and the legacy of your loving mother. May her memory be for a blessing.

I am devastated by all of our loss. I wanted her at my bridge table for many years to come - challenging me, making me laugh - always providing a good time. So glad I got to know her and she was a part of my life for the last few years. She truly will be sorely, sorely missed.

I will so miss Liz. A math whiz, a fiendish and fun bridge player and just a lovely person, Liz touched my heart with her kindness and passion. My heart goes out to her family. I hope to live as fully as Liz did.
