Bereavement Support Group - 2010 Schedule - To meet the first Thursday of each month at the New Canaan Library 6:45 - 8 pm.

Mary Sullivan, LCSW, an experienced bereavement counselor from the Center for Hope will conduct the groups.

Dealing with the death of someone we love can be a lonely as well as a sad and difficult journey. Having an opportunity to be with others who uniquely understand because they too are coping with a loss helps with the healing process and lets us know we are not alone.

Anyone who has experienced a death of someone close to them is invited to join a bereavement support group for adults. The group will meet monthly on the fourth Thursday of each month beginning at 6:45 to 8pm.  Light refreshments will be served.

The Center for HOPE, a program of Family Centers, is a well known not-for-profit offering support services to those grieving the death of a loved one and also for those dealing with a critical illness.
